Relieving those aches and pains

Sports massage uses massage techniques to focus on the rehabilitation and mobilisation of soft tissues in your body. They are not specifically just for people who play sports regularly, or who have sports injuries, anyone can benefit from a sports massage.

The key difference between a sports massage and a deep tissue massage is during a sports massage we focus on the areas that you are experiencing discomfort in, whereas, deep tissue massages are administered as full body massage.

Yes we do treat many clients who are very active or are suffering with a sports injury, but we also treat a lot of clients for general injuries, chronic pain, general aches and restricted range of movement.

Being able active to be more active forgetting about the pain you feel if you move in a particular way makes life more enjoyable, you feel healthier and happier!

To start your journey we offer a free consultation. This is one of the most important stages as we get to know each other. Everything at Studio OneThreeOne is driven by you.

” I suffer with shoulder and back pain as my job involves a lot standing and bending over people, I have seen many therapists over the years, but Andy’s understanding of the body and massage sets him apart from the rest.”
