Need a little help deciding? Have a read of what our clients have to say:

I started to have a personal trainer when I started to run into a series of muscular-skeletal problems, Andy’s abilities and tremendous knowledge really came to their own, he’s worked with my physio to rehab me on numerous occasions.  He knows that with rehab, plans are often scrapped and re-thought during a session and very importantly seems to have a sixth sense about when to push me and when something is enough, or too much.

I started training with Andy because i had a lot of knee problems and I wanted to tone up too.  Andy was highly recommended.

My flexibility in my body improved a lot particularly in my knee joints.   It was amazing to know how exactly he knew which movement would help stretch/work the muscle.

I  would recommend Andy to anybody.

I find Andys training to be very effective, he always find new training methods to keep the momentum up also pushed you to almost the limit. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andy to anyone.

Andy made me feel very comfortable and confident explaining everything and demostrating all the equipment and exercises; it has never been boring or tedious yes he has worked me hard but it has been fun. The sessions with Andy have been life changing

After a few weeks I felt a noticeable improvement in both my personal fitness level and my stamina. Andy push’s me just that little bit harder but always ensuring I was not ‘overdoing it’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Andy always ensures that the sessions do not become boring with the same exercises but by varying the exercises, working on different muscle groups he ensures an overall improvement in body fitness. He’s even got me running which I normally hate and avoid!

After a serious car accident just over I was left with a broken neck and mental injuries. This had a huge impact on my physical ability, walking was a struggle and even simple exercises where pretty much impossible.

My training with Andy started off initially implanting tasks to get my basic motor control more managable, walking was painful and squating, if you could call it that, exhausting!!  As time went on my quality of life on a day to day basis kept getting better and better. My training now is so much more complex than when I first started, and the struggles with my range of movement in the left side of my body have vastly improved.

Through out my time training with Andy he has a complete understanding of how I am feeling that day both physically and mentally and will adjust the training or the session to suit. He completely understands how my body responds to training and movement and his ability to adapt exercises is outsatnding, I always confident when training and he keeps it varied, not like a traditional rehab regime repeating the same exercise over and over again.

After an accident whilst sledging in Switzerland, where I had dislocated my hip with severe nerve damage, I contacted Andy who just blew me away with his knowledge of rehabilitation. The way in which he encouraged me through the training to gain the confidence to walk again was amazing. It was mind as well as body and I couldn’t have done it without Andy. My progression and recovery was so much quicker with his help. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Andy Jones has delivered an imaginative and tailored exercise programme that’s beneficial and enjoyable.  He is empathetic and intuitive to our needs and how we are feeling but also motivating and works us hard when he has too.

Andy is an excellent trainer. He is inspirational, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and very approachable.  He listens to my personal fitness requirements and tailors my training plan accordingly.

As an ex rugby player I have several injuries that needed taking into consideration – Andy was excellent at designing a regime over many months that took these into consideration. Variation is a key to these programmes, and no two sessions with Andy were ever the same. They were always immensely enjoyable, and yet they were tough.

Andy really understands the way the body works, what needs to be done to get results and the best way to achieve that for each individual. Coupled with his sense of humour and motivational power, an hour with him soon speeds by!

I am not a fan of the gym, but Andy makes it interesting, motivating and most of all fun!  I have now even started going to the gym when I am not meeting Andy for a session, so that speaks volumes on the impact that he has made on my life.
