When you work with a trainer that knows the intricacies of the body’s movements and how the muscles react to these movements you experience all the enjoyment and rewards that your hard work deserves.
Each programme is specifically designed around ONE body, yours! Adapting exercises to the natural movement of the body. Moving through the THREE planes of movement, enables us to optimise your training, delivering that ONE result you deserve.

The pride you will feel when you walk past a window noticing your reflection, or catching yourself in the mirror on the way to and from the shower. That cheeky look turns into a pose and no longer an averted glimpse. You start being at the front in the group photo and you’ll love the way you feel in your clothes.

When you start training using the OneThreeOne method you realise you feel stronger and more stable in your day to day life. Day to day tasks become easier.

Being active with the kids is more enjoyable, you feel healthier and stronger. Climbing a flight of stairs becomes just one of thiose things rather than a chore!

To start your journey we offer a free consultation. This is one of the most important stages as we get to know each other. Talk about your goals and start planning your journey, around you and your lifestyle.

Our personal training packages are all paid  by monthly direct debit. You can choose from either 4 (£220), 8 (£360) or 12 (£480) sessions per month, with a 3 month minimum subscription.
